Kid Cudi is getting ready for the launch of his upcoming album Intergalactic which’s tracklist has just been revealed. The final track is called “Burrow,” a nod to Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals. According to a recent tweet by team reporter Marisa Contipelli the quarterback was pleased with the gesture.
She wrote “Kid Cudi sent a text message to Joe Burrow to let him that a song from his album was named in honor of his name. Burrow was pretty happy when he told us about it.”
In an interview in the past, Kid Cudi divulged that he’s absconding from his musical projects to focus on his other initiatives. “I believe that I’ll be taking a step back from things like the Kid Cudi stuff and focus more on creating my own projects,” he told Popsugar. “Writing regardless of whether it’s TV or filmmaking things, and making things. It’s about getting my production company, Mad Solarup to a point where in a few years we’ll be household names. I’m really looking forward to it. We’re off to a good start with the documentary “X, Pearl and, now, Intergalactic. It’s true that we’ve had four songs so far which is why I want to see what we can create and then keep going.”
