NFL won’t resume Bills-Bengals game

We’ve been hearing since last night that the signs indicate an announcement from the league of the Week 17 Bengals-Bills game will not be played again. In the afternoon, we announced how the contest probably won’t go on and that the league was also trying to decide on the playoff seeds, given how it is expected that the Bills and Bengals will end their season with just 16 matches each.

Rob Maaddi of the Associated Press is reporting that the game between the Bengals and Bills is not going to continue. It appears to be a hint to an announcement that is official, that is likely to be made on the same day.

The NFL Players Association has scheduled an event for a press conference at 4:00 p.m. ET on Damar Hamlin’s situation Damar Hamlin issue.

There is no official report regarding what the league plans to decide on regarding AFC play-off seeding. There have been a variety of possibilities discussed and debated. There isn’t a perfect solution.
