Rob Gronkowski could end his retirement
Some NFL fans are wondering what his next move will be based on his latest tweet. Star tight end, star tight end, tweeted “I’m kinda boring” and it received more than 260 retweets. It also garnered over 400 quote tweets, thousands of likes, and nearly half an hour after he posted it.
Gronkowski would not be the first to end his retirement prematurely if he chose. After spending his entire professional career in New England, the tight end decided to retire from the game in 2019. However, he returned in 2020 in Tampa Bay to join Tom Brady.
Gronkowski announced in June his second retirement. He wrote in an Instagram post that he was going to retire from football. “I will now be walking away from football again with my head high knowing that I gave it everything, good and bad, every single time I stepped on the field.”
In July, he said that Gronkowski would not allow Brady to come calling and ask him to play again. “I’m done playing football. I love the game. The game is a joy. “And definitely blessed with all of the opportunities the game football has given me,” Gronkowski stated at an event in Boston on Tuesday. Per ESPN’s Mike Reiss. “But done with football. I’m now stepping into the business world. Just looking at what’s out there, and finding my place, you know?
It was starkly in contrast to what his agent said to The MMQB’s Albert Breer shortly before Gronkowski announced his retirement. Drew Rosenhaus stated that he would not be surprised if a tight end was returned at the beginning of the 2022 campaign. Even his girlfriend feels that retirement is not permanent.
Camille Kostek spoke only with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit before the runway presentation at W South Beach, Miamiin June. She compared Gronkowski’s move in July to that of Brady. After retiring, the legendary quarterback went on to become an unretired man in a very short time.
“I am a sincere lady and I honestly don’t believe this is a lasting relationship. “So, I think he might come back again,” Kostek stated during Miami Swim Week. “It feels like he and Tom are having fun, like ‘Retired not retired, retired. Not retired.’
While it is not clear if Gronkowski will be returning, he has created quite a stir among social media followers as the regular season winds down.
