If you encounter any of the following issues, we’ll send you a replacement item at no additional cost:
- Non-receipt of the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, excluding 5-7 days of processing).
- Receipt of a wrong item (incorrect customized information on the product, wrong product, or blurry product).
- Receipt of a damaged product (broken).
Note: If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, there’s no need to return the wrong or defective item, saving you the shipping cost on returns.

Refund Policy: Your Peace of Mind Matters
We do not process refunds in the following cases:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control.
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control.
To request a refund, please do so within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (20 days) has expired. After 35 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If your refund request is approved, expect it to be credited to your account or the original payment method within 7 business days.
